A Little About Me

I’m a qualified psychotherapist who works with people dealing with thoughts and feelings they often don’t say out loud,  intrusive thinking, emotional overwhelm, shame, fear, or a sense of being stuck. These are the parts of ourselves we usually keep buried, even from the people closest to us. 

 

My role is to create a space where those thoughts can finally be spoken, without judgment, without pressure.

 

Together, we look at what’s really going on beneath the surface. Through focused, honest conversation, we will begin to untangle patterns that have kept you in survival mode. The goal isn’t just to manage symptoms, it’s to understand the roots, regain control, and reconnect with the parts of you that may have been lost along the way.
